Analytics & Logs: typically retained up to 3 months, then aggregated or deleted

Marketing Preferences: unsubscribe anytime from marketing emails
Call & Demo Deletion: request deletion by emailing support@carai.ai with enough detail to locate the data

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16 (or the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
