These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the CarAi Free Trial (“Trial”) provided by EV.com Corp. (“CarAi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up for a Free Trial, you (“Dealer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:
The Free Trial is available only to registered businesses in Canada or the United States.
Eligible businesses must operate as a new car dealership, used car dealership, or independent car dealership.
The Free Trial is limited to one store or rooftop per business group. Where multiple dealerships are owned by the same parent company or owner, only one Free Trial may be granted across all affiliated dealerships.
The Free Trial is valid for 30 calendar days, starting from the date your CarAi account is activated.
The Trial provides access to the full CarAi product features, subject to availability and product readiness.
The Trial includes unlimited calls and users, with a limit of 3 concurrent customer calls at once, applicable only during the Free Trial period.
CarAi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Trial at any time.
You may terminate the Trial by providing written notice at least 10 business days prior to the final day of your Trial.
CarAi may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you misuse the system or breach these Terms.
At the conclusion of the Trial, billing will commence according to the contract terms negotiated with your CarAi representative.
This may include a month-to-month plan billed monthly, or an annual subscription billed monthly or annually.
An invoice for the applicable plan will be issued immediately after the Trial ends unless you have opted out in accordance with Section 4.
All data collected during the Trial may be retained by CarAi for internal product development purposes but will not be shared externally.
You may request that your data be deleted after the Trial.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information accessed during the Trial.
Support during the Trial is provided on an ad-hoc, best-efforts basis.
No guarantees are made regarding response times, issue resolution, or overall performance.
The Trial is provided “as-is”, without guarantees of uptime, performance, results, or availability.
CarAi is not responsible for lost sales, missed leads, or any damages resulting from Trial participation.
Your participation does not grant you any intellectual property rights beyond temporary access to the CarAi platform.
You agree to provide CarAi with reasonable access to your systems for integration and setup purposes during the Trial.
You agree not to use the Trial for purposes other than evaluating CarAi for your dealership.
The Trial may not be used for competitive benchmarking, reverse engineering, reselling, or other activities intended to harm CarAi’s commercial interests.
Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Trial.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the dealership participating in the Trial is located (e.g., Canadian law for Canada, U.S. law for the United States).
CarAi’s Privacy Policy applies to all Trial activity: carai.com/privacy-policy.
CarAi is a product and service offered under EV.com Corp.
Free Trial access is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another business, rooftop, or dealership.
By participating in the Trial, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms as well as CarAi’s general policies and terms.
